We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite what you expected. We accept change of mind returns provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and the return meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
As piercing jewellery is considered a personal hygiene product, all returned items must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be returned in their original heat-sealed packaging.
- Show no evidence that the packaging has been opened, removed or tampered with.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these hygiene requirements.
If your packaging has been opened due to a genuine issue with your order, please contact us before returning the item. Our team will assess your situation and advise you on the best solution.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please lodge your return through our online returns portal by logging into your account. Alternatively, you can email info@thebellyringshop.com.au with your full name and order number.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether your exchange has been approved.
For approved exchanges:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us.
- We will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.
Refunds
For approved change of mind refunds:
- The original shipping charge paid with your order is non-refundable.
- The cost of returning your item is your responsibility and is not reimbursed.
- Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
