All solid gold belly rings come with a 15 month warranty, and all other belly rings come with a 48 day warranty.
Our warranty does NOT cover lost belly rings, we can only repair or replace items that are presented to us. If you are concerned about the fastening of your ball or the tightness of your clasp lock, please contact us so that we can rectify the problem for you BEFORE the loss of any jewellery occurs.
We want you to be completely happy with your belly ring purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your items. All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition.
