TummyToys® Lifetime Guarantee
Every genuine TummyToys® belly ring is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your TummyToys® jewellery develops a fault due to workmanship or materials, we'll repair or replace it in accordance with our guarantee.
Product Warranties
In addition to our TummyToys® Lifetime Guarantee:
- Solid Gold Jewellery is covered by a 15-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- All other jewellery is covered by a 48-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
These warranties cover manufacturing faults only and do not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or lost jewellery.
Lost Jewellery
Unfortunately, we cannot replace jewellery that has been lost.
If you notice that a threaded ball is becoming loose or a clasp no longer feels secure, please contact us before continuing to wear the jewellery. In many cases, we're able to resolve the issue before any jewellery is lost.
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, we're happy to offer an exchange, refund or store credit, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and the jewellery meets our return conditions.
For hygiene reasons, all returned jewellery must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In its original heat-sealed packaging.
- In resaleable condition with no evidence of the packaging being opened or tampered with.
