Damaged During Transit
We take great care when packing every order to ensure it arrives safely. Each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged in one of our sturdy signature tins, which provides excellent protection during transit, and shipped in a flat mailer designed to fit conveniently into most letterboxes.
While it's rare for items to be damaged in the post, if your order arrives faulty or broken, we'll make it right. All items damaged during transit are covered by our 100% replacement guarantee. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item in accordance with our Refunds and Returns. If a return is required, we'll reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
If your damaged item is valued at under $30, simply email us a clear photo of the damaged jewellery. If the photo provides sufficient evidence of the issue, we'll send you a replacement straight away, no need to return the original item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you've received a faulty item, please don't worry about whether the jewellery has been removed from its heat-sealed packaging. We understand that some faults may only become apparent once the jewellery has been inspected or carefully removed from its packaging.
If you notice a manufacturing fault, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. If you're able to, including a clear photo of the issue will help us assess the problem quickly and often allows us to provide a faster resolution.
Our team will review your enquiry promptly and work with you to arrange a repair, replacement or other appropriate solution where applicable. We're committed to ensuring you receive jewellery that meets our high quality standards.
