Late and/or Missing Delivery Advice

Deliveries within Australia take 1-7 business days depending on your location and the delivery method you selected. For deliveries to New Zealand please allow approximately 1-2 weeks. United States and United Kingdom, please allow approximately 1-3 weeks. All other countries please allow 2-4 weeks. If the expected timeframe for your delivery has passed please contact us and we will happily assist you to ensure you receive your order.

If you have been provided with a tracking number, please check your dispatch confirmation email for details on tracking your order on the UPS, DHL or Australia Post websites. Please note someĀ online tracking is not available for orders under $100 however if you have any concerns, please lodge a missing parcel advise with us as we can run a trace with our local provider.

While we do our best to ensure your package arrives timely and to the correct address as provided by you, Tummy Toys can not be held liable for any missing packages unless insured during the checkout procedure or sent by Express post. Express post packages can be tracked by our postal service in the event of a missing parcel. Please note, ALL orders over $150 have FREE insured post so please contact us for assistance in this instance if you are unable to locate your tracking number.

If you do not have a tracking number and you are concerned that your package has not arrived please contact us. We will assist you in every way possible to ensure your item arrives. Usually when a package is lost due to an incorrect address it comes back to our return address, in this instance we will reconfirm your address and promptly resend the package without any additional cost to you.

In most instances, missing packages end up arriving late due to events outside of our control, during peak mail seasons (eg. Christmas) please allow a few additional days for your package to arrive.

COVID MAIL DELAYS

If you are awaiting delivery within Australia, please also allow a few extra days as Covid-19 may be impacting your local area. For international deliveries, due to aircraft limitations and custom back logs, please allow an additional week or two for your mail to process through these terminals.
