If you've only received part of your order, please don't panic. There are various occasions where we will dispatch your order in multiple packages. From time to time we may have a stock miscount, or perhaps you've purchased a back order item, and on occasion items are dispatched directly from our jewellers, with the remainder of your order being sent directly from our warehouse.
To prevent holding up your full order, we'll often dispatch the available items in advance, and place the remainder of your order on back order. If you prefer not to wait for a back order, please contact us for assistance with exchange and refund options.
If you have a customer account with us, or you have an order information link from one of our emails, you can view this information to see what items are still unfulfilled.
Back order items are typically fulfilled within 1-3 weeks however on occasion we can experience delays that are out of our control. Rest assured that your order will remain open and dispatch as soon as the pieces are available as the system alerts our team when the stock arrives. You are also free to make any changes to unfulfilled items in your order at any time. Please contact us should you need further assistance at any stage.
