All orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 business day however please allow up to 48 hours as the speed of order processing relies on staff availability and current demand. All orders are processed in order of their receive date/time, with the exception of express post and priority post orders jumping the cue.
If you purchase an item on 'back order' or a custom made belly ring please note the expected dispatch timeframe - this information can be found next to the 'add to cart' button on the product page and on the cart details page prior to checkout. If your belly ring is in stock your order will be dispatched within 2-48 hours, if there is an unexpected stock issue we will contact you via email ASAP, if you did not provide your email address at checkout please contact us or check your order information page for any notes from our team.
