TIP: Did you know you can also ask your piercer to 'restretch' your piercing. It's nowhere near as painful as an initial piercing, and your piercer will be able to safely and hygienically stretch your piercing back to a size 14g. The healing time is much faster than new piercings and the procedure will then allow you to return to standard size navel jewellery.
